Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sedat Tatar, MD, FACS, FEBOPRAS was born on April 19, 1983, in Malatya, Türkiye. He completed his medical education and his specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine of Gazi University in Ankara.
He is a board-certified member of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS) and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). In 2020, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.
Dr. Tatar has authored numerous scientific publications in international peer-reviewed journals, with a particular focus on rhinoplasty, facial aesthetics, body contouring, and reconstructive surgery. He is also an active member of ISAPS and ASPS. Currently, he practices at his private clinic in Istanbul, where he provides advanced aesthetic and reconstructive surgical treatments.
