As Pineapple Health Tourism Agency, we carry out image recording through security cameras at the entrance and exit control points, as well as on the building’s exterior, to ensure the building and surrounding security.

Processed Personal Data

Through the use of cameras, your video recordings, vehicle license plates, and the images of people accompanying you are processed.

Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms, for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation, ensuring physical and environmental security, fulfilling legal obligations, compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and based on the legitimate interests of the data controller or other legal grounds, by automated means.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

The personal data obtained through camera recordings may be transferred to law enforcement agencies, authorized administrative and judicial authorities, or requested based on legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation. Pineapple Health Tourism Agency does not transfer personal data to third parties without the explicit consent of the data subject, except for exceptional circumstances foreseen in the legislation. Camera recordings will not be monitored in areas where privacy concerns may arise (e.g., changing rooms, restrooms). All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure the security of personal data obtained through monitoring. Only a limited number of employees have access to the information obtained through monitoring. Camera recordings may be transferred to authorized public institutions in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law, for the purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the law. Outside the circumstances mentioned above, camera recording data will not be shared with third parties or transferred abroad. Access to camera recordings is limited to a few employees who need it for their work.

Rights of Data Subjects as Data Controllers

In accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6698, data subjects have the following rights: to learn whether their personal data is being processed; to request information regarding the processing of their personal data if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of the processing of their personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose; to know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, domestically or abroad; to request the correction of their personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and to request that this action be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred; to request the deletion or destruction of their personal data if the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant laws, and to request that this action be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred; to object to a result that is detrimental to them arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to demand compensation for damages if they suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of their personal data. Communication with the Data Subject Regarding the Scope of Law No. 6698: Requests regarding the exercise of these rights may be submitted by personal data owners to our Institution via the methods specified in the legislation on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data under Law No. 6698, via our KVKK page located at https://pineapplehealthtourism.com/. Our Institution will evaluate these requests from data subjects and finalize them within 30 days. As a data subject, you can submit your requests regarding Law No. 6698 through our Application and Disclosure Obligation page. For any questions and opinions regarding the use of personal data under the Law on the Exercise of the Right to Refuse and Cancel, you can contact us through our Application and Disclosure Obligation page. With the explanations we have provided above, we have informed you and fulfilled our Disclosure Obligation. You can submit your requests for the deletion, updating, anonymization, destruction of your personal data, or any other legal requests regarding your personal data, through our Application and Information Obligation page or via the Data Subject Application Form of the Personal Data Protection Law. As a data subject, you will receive a response as soon as possible or within the legal time limits (30 days) in accordance with Law No. 6698.

Attention! Camera footage will absolutely not be provided to those requesting it for personal purposes. Camera footage can only be obtained upon a court order, a request from the prosecutor’s office, or a request from law enforcement agencies.
